shipping policy

each item is hand made to order by yours truly. this way i can make sure you get the freshest, highest quality product possible. each item is made of raw living ingredients so they are prone to change. (just like us) slight variances in color, consistency, or slight melting will not change the quality of the product.

i will email you once your item has shipped or is ready for local delivery. 

if you would like the local delivery option but do not see your region listed in the possibilities please get in touch to inquire about options. 

all shipping is limited to canada and some select us states at the moment. 

 

local delivery

if you live in toronto between dufferin and the dvp (west to east) and st. clair and  queens quay (north to south) select local delivery for a fast, lower emissions delivery option. 

if you live just outside the delivery zone reach out and we can discuss possible options to make it work. 

 

refund policy

all items are final sale. if something is very clearly my fault please do reach out though. 

 

terms of service

all products are made with 100% natural ingredients. i test all the formulas on myself first. 

you assume all responsibility for using the products properly. external use only. i recommend using all products within 6 months.

if slight melting occurs it would most likely happen to the butters causing the product to decrease in volume making the container look less full. it is still fine to use and has all the same potency. if you desire the original consistency, place in a cool dry place, wait until solid, scoop it out and whip it back up with any electric mixer. faster shipping methods can help to minimize this possibility.
